Rachael Ottinger Karas is a costume designer and technician currently based in Georgia. Over the past decade, she has worked around the southeast region in both live theatre and film in educational and professional settings. She has a fondness for shaping characters with different backgrounds, experiences, and stories which lead her hand to costume design. ​
